Excellent care providers – finally found after a multitude of very inferior and dangerous providers. They all take pride in their work – are punctual – don’t hesitate to wash, clean and care for Mum in a dignified manner. Mum has Dementia which means a lot of repetitiveness, which each carer listens 

to like they’ve heard it the first time. they share their own lives with her so Mum knows about them as well which is good for interaction. They are very flexible with my needs to and support if I need to make any adjustments. Additionally they have dealt promptly and professionally when Mum has been unwell – even preventing a stroke from worsening by spotting tell tale signs. I cannot fault this company, my only regret is that I didn’t have them sooner. Simply brilliant.
